What is Microneedling and How Does it Work?
What are the results of microneedling?
Whether your goal is younger-looking skin, reduced scarring, and redness, or a blemish-free complexion, microneedling can help support healthy skin from the inside out.
The long-term results of microneedling include:

While you will experience an initial glow and plumping of the skin, it’s important to understand that microneedling works below the skin’s surface for more lasting results over time. You can expect to see full results four to six weeks after treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
Although you will receive some results after just one treatment, we typically recommend multiple treatments to receive the full effect. A typical treatment course consists of four sessions spaced about a month apart, giving the skin time to heal between sessions.
Our acupuncturists will assess your skin during your initial visit and create a custom care plan for your specific needs.
What are the side effects?
Unlike traditional invasive cosmetic treatments, microneedling has few side effects. You will likely experience some redness and itching for the first 24 hours after treatment. From there, you may experience bruising that disappears within a few days.
What is Cosmetic Acupuncture & How Does it Work
Cosmetic acupuncture gives you the same results as traditional acupuncture, with additional benefits specific to your skin needs. It’s often referred to as natural botox because of its soothing, tightening, and lifting results!
Cosmetic acupuncture combines whole-body rebalancing with targeted needle stimulation. Treatments can target excess fluid, puffiness, facial definition, breakouts, tired skin, dullness, and lines by building qi, supporting circulation, and helping balance the body’s systems.
Thin needles are inserted in specific areas to target collagen production through micro-injuries to the skin.
Your initial treatment will begin with an assessment and analysis of your skin. We’ll discuss any specific concerns and establish your goals for treatment. From there, we will perform a combination of body and facial acupuncture to balance the skin from the inside. Afterward, you will experience calm, sculpted, and glowing skin.
What are the results of cosmetic acupuncture?
Cosmetic acupuncture can help with a variety of skin conditions. The results include:

How many treatments will I need?

What are the side effects?
Cosmetic acupuncture is a safe and gentle treatment with few adverse effects. For some, you may notice a small amount of bruising. This is normal and typically disappears within a few days.
